The Quality Systems are reviewed every quarter & a Quality Assurance Plan is approved from the customer's for manufacturing of the product as per specification.
1. PERFORMACE TESTING:
The products manufactured are subject to performance parameter testing such as Compressive/Torsional/Cardanic/Radial load testing.
The parts produced by us are in line with the customer approved requirements, pre approved under respective quality manuals.
The precise requirements are very important as they affect the part life & performance.
2. FATIGUE TESTING:
Endurance testing is important for determining any undesired changes in the precut properties.
Our endurance testing machines are state of the art custom built machines, for testing of various products for up to 10 Million cycles with variable loads & frequencies of up to 10 Hz.
The machines are fully computerized, calibrated to record almost every parameter required for efficient testing of the product.
