TYPICAL CONSTRUCTION:

Mountings consist of 2 or more metal inserts in parallel tandem with rubber bonded between them. The construction is such that it provides a very robust, long lasting  & service free solution for very vital safety installations like engines, motors, machines,etc.The mounting acts as a linkage between the base & the vibrating system, thus directly absorbing/attenuating the harmonic loading of the system.

The typical construction consists of 4 or more metal elements interleafed with rubber bonded between them.The buffers springs form part of the secondary suspension of the bogies, and are vital safety components essential for a smooth ride quality & efficient operation.

The bump stops or rubber pads are buffer elements used in the under frame of railway bogies & automotive axels. They are fitted between the axel and chassis. The main function of these rubber pads is to accentuate the load bearing capacity of the axel frame.

The typical construction consists of 2 or more metal elements interleafed with rubber bonded between them.

The bump stops consist of one metal part with rubber bonded over it.
